- Work effectively with engineers, technicians, leads, and floor personnel to independently resolve day-to-day issues.
- Complete require measure ongoing production, GR&R, validation, and qualification packages
- Review, investigate, disposition, and resolve non-conforming material issues and internal customer complaints.
- Cross trained on multiple measurement techniques. Micro-vu, hand tools, microscope, spec interpretation and basic print understanding.
- Other tasks as assigned by leadd
This position is responsible for CMM quality inspection of product as directed by quality assurance procedures and documentation. This position will also be responsible for measuring product, supporting production, training off shifts, CMM upkeep, and documenting issues and following procedures.
