We are looking for a talented programmer to support our operations. The Quality CMM Programmer, create CMM programs for new parts and analyze CMM existing programs for improvement. Join our Team now!!!

Basic Responsibilities:

• Support planning, documentation of the execution of measurement requests within the defined laboratory scope, including support of adaption of holding fixtures, support change of measurement programs, reports.
• Support adjustments of fixtures incases of geometric deviations (shimming)
• Execution of measurement requests using existing measurement programs, check plausibility of results Evaluation of conformity and documentation of test reports.

Required Skills/Knowledge

• Min. 3 year experience in operation CMM and/or Roamer Arm
• Good knowledge of GD&T
• Basic understanding knowledge of commonly used Quality tools and processes in the automotive industry.

Preferred Skills/Knowledge

• Basic statistical knowledge
• Knowledge of product liability law and HSE/Health/Safety/Environment regulations Hexagon programming knowledge preferred (PC-DMIS, which is required for the 1 person hired that will be a programmer.)
• Problem solving
