We’re looking for an empathetic claims professional who will help us grow our subrogation team.

As an essential part of the Property Subrogation team at Lemonade, you’ll own and drive the end-to-end outbound subrogation process on Property claims, including Homeowners, Renters, and Condo coverages, all while providing a best-in-class customer experience.

What you’ll do

• Investigate, evaluate, and negotiate subrogation claims
• Identify subro targets; prepare and place on-demand, verbal, and/or written negotiations; receive checks; and issue deductibles, when applicable
• Partner with CLX advocates, forensic experts, and subrogation attorneys to identify subrogation potential and maximize recovery opportunities

What you’ll need

• 3+ years in a similar subrogation role, or property adjuster experience
• Excellent organization and attention to detail, as well as stellar written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with and adaptable to new technology and business tools
• Strong understanding of homeowners and renters insurance liability concepts; estimating; product liability; and collection laws
• Licensed as a Property & Casualty Adjuster in your resident state - preferred
