Role: Cloud Migration Consultant
Location: Chicago, IL
Client: Kirkland and Ellis

Position: Fulltime/Contract

Job Description:

· 6-8 years of experience in Azure Cloud technologies in discovery, planning, design and cloud deployment of enterprise scale footprints.

· Experience in installation, configuration of discovery and assessment tools

· Experience in analyzing infra and application discovery report with the objective to identify dependencies, complexities and cloud readiness assessment

· Good understanding of enterprise application architectures and frameworks

· Exposure in designing solutions using .net,java,asp.net

· Should able to perform R-Treatment analysis(Rehost, Replatform, Refactor, Reengineer, Retire)

· Should be able to develop cloud migration business case (TCO,ROI)

· Should be able to map the target Azure services against on premise technology stack

· Good understanding of database technologies (SQL Sever, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL)

· Should have Microsoft Azure Solution Architect certification

· Client focused with strong presentation and written communication skills

· Strong work ethic and a desire to help drive a successful architectural vision across the projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
