Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage and supervise an ultra-small caseload of full-time learners between the ages of 9-15
- Be a passionate advocate for underserved children
- Provide exemplary, individualized Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy
- Provide excellent treatment programming and monitoring
- Provide effective supervision to front-line staff
- Maintain and analyze data and programming via our data collection system
- Adhere to exemplary ethical and legal standards of care
- Demonstrate strong communication skills with learners, parents, professionals, and GEM team members
- Acquire and/or maintain Safety-Care training and certification through our in-house trainers
Qualifications:
- Current BCBA or QBA certification
- Master’s degree or higher in a related field
- 3+ years of experience in the Behavior Analytic field; at least 2 full years holding BCBA certification
- Willingness to work collaboratively and with an interdisciplinary team
- Strong drive and work ethic
- High initiative and seeks consultation regularly with colleagues
- Flexible positive attitude
- A valid driver's license / reliable transportation required
- Applicants must pass a national and local background check

Physical Requirements:
- Exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally
- Lifting (up to 50lbs.), pushing, kneeling, bending, climbing, running, and reaching throughout the workday.
- Complete Safety-Care (QBS) Crisis Management training through our in-house trainers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
