Job Description:
Complete Care Community Health Center (CCCHC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center with ten clinics in Greater Los Angeles area. CCCHC is looking for a Clinical Research Coordinator for its Los Angeles clinic.
Responsibilities:
- Track and record all necessary drug accountability information. Effectively and ethically recruit and retaining quality subjects/patients to meet enrollment goals.
- Accurately record all necessary patient observations and related information and complete the designated data collection tools in a timely and highly accurate fashion.
· Reads, understands protocols, conducts research visits collects data according to protocol.
- Collect and manage patient and laboratory data for clinical research projects. Manage research project databases, develop flow sheets and other study related documents, and complete study documents/case report forms.
- Reviews essential documents such as original source data, medical records, and informed consent forms
- Consent and enroll new study participants
- Prepared documents required by study monitors, accompanies monitors if requested.
- Performing weekly quality control of all study documents
- Always Maintain organized study files and uphold strict confidentiality of study related records
- Perform all other duties and tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager
Preferred, but not required:
- Certified Medical Assistant
- Phlebotomy experience
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
- Obtaining ECG's, Vitals, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent combination of education and experience
· Strong communicator; includes verbal and written, active listening
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team member
- Ability to multi-task
- Strict attention to detail
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- 2 years of experience as a coordinator
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
