Windom Area Health and Healogics are hiring for a full-time Clinical Program Director to join our Wound & Hyperbaric Healing Center.

The Clinical Program Director is responsible for the management and the strategic growth of the Wound Care Program and other wound care continuum programs for the assigned area of responsibility. This position is responsible for the complete oversight of the Wound & Hyperbaric Healing Center to include the following functions: day-to-day center operations, staff management, financial management, quality/performance improvement, community education, and clinical functions oversight. The Clinical Program Director is also responsible for maintaining collaborative and consultative client relationships within and outside the hospital organization and for creating effective working relationships between Healogics and the hospital. Candidates must have a minimum of a Registered Nurse (RN), A Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, BSN or related field. Masters degree or APP (NP or PA) preferred. APP candidates can expect to be credentialed to provide patient care on a limited basis. Clinical operation experience or leadership required. Candidates should have experience with and be comfortable with marketing/community education in the healthcare industry. Passion for Wound Care, Wound Care experience preferred but not required. Management experience preferred but not required.

$5,000 Sign on bonus with a two year commitment
