Primarily provide clinical knowledge and CCSI product expertise for both tactical and strategic sales support as an integral part of the regional sales team.
Secondarily, systematically engage in training and support activities of a pure sales nature such as prospecting and presentations with the long-term goal of development of independent capability as a complex salesperson in a 3 to 5-year timeframe.

In addition, support product development and marketing as directed by the Director, Sales. Assist Regional Managers on selective high-profile sales opportunities to improve overall professional image and contribute to overall new sales closings. Assist the Marketing department as directed by the Director, Sales.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Be an integral part of the region sales team.
- Assist with presentations while sharing clinical expertise with team members to develop their strengths as well.
- Find unique ways to influence prospects to strongly consider OBIX.
- Attend sales conference calls with the sales team to discuss - sales results, activity levels, best practices, coaching sessions, product knowledge, funnel review, etc.
- Drive change within CCSI that better positions us in the marketplace through greater presentations, marketing ideas, and product enhancements.
- Participate in sales team activities.
- Provide education to sales team.
- Development of more effective selling and presentation tools.
- Define clinical specifications to improve the OBIX System.
- Own funnel management responsibilities as assigned.
- Design/organize an effective OBIX demonstration capability.
- Build key account relationships.
- Participate in trade shows.
General Responsibilities:
- Assist your own regional sales team as well as backing up teammates in other regions with making professional sales presentations and with appropriate follow up communications.
- Prospect your region as trained and directed.
- Assist in development of improved selling tools, screen shots, handouts, presentation booklets, etc., support site visit presentations.
- Work with Product Development to define and test clinical specifications for product improvement, document as directed by the Director, Sales.
- Support trade show exhibits at National and other local shows.
Requirements:
- RN with 5+ years of clinical experience in Labor and Delivery, Mother/Baby, Newborn Nursery, and/or NICU.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Strong organizational skills. • Strong desire to develop complex sales skills.
- Assigned territory will be the same for the team you are a part of.
- Extensive regional travel to potential customer sites
