General Purpose
In conjunction with the Marketing & Clinical team, implements the company's business development plan/strategy. Identifies, establishes, and maintains relationships with hospital referral sources. Visits and assesses patient referrals in the hospital and community. Plans and/or attends community events to increase community awareness and to present a positive image and reputation for the company. Serves as a liaison between the facility, referral sources, and the community, consistently providing a high level of customer service.

Qualifications
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing; marketing, business administration or related field preferred, combination of education and professional experience may be acceptable.
Minimum Work Experience: 5 years of experience performing business development activities is required. Knowledge and experience in the healthcare industry with elderly populations is highly preferred.
Required Licenses: Valid driver's license and a favorable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), along with proof of insurance when using own auto.
