Job Summary: Our innovative and growing company is searching for experienced candidates for the position of clinical educator. Clinical educator provides clinical education and evaluation to population health teams, and facilitates evidenced-based research to develop educational strategies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and continuously improve and adapt clinical training depending on educational needs
- Incorporate evidence-based research into educational and nursing practices
- Serve as a mentor to nurses, and identify growth opportunities and educational needs for care managers and health coaches
- Promote critical thinking among nurses, and show commitment to professional development and lifelong learning
- Maintain current knowledge of trends in area of expertise
- Overseeing clinical practice components of nurse education and training programs
- Lead and Develop annual competency workshop
- Establish, engage in and assist in the development of clinical knowledge and skills of existing and future nurses
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (ADN, BSN Preferred) (5+years)
- Previous experience as a Clinical Educator (3+years)
- Should be independent and self-motivated yet eager to work with others, and must demonstrate strong presentation skills
- Ability to accomplish / complete tasks while demonstrating a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of professional nursing standards, concepts, policies, and population health practices

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $57,696.12 - $78,500.00 per year
