Job Summary: Our innovative and growing company is searching for experienced candidates for the position of clinical educator. Clinical educator provides clinical education and evaluation to population health teams, and facilitates evidenced-based research to develop educational strategies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and continuously improve and adapt clinical training depending on educational needs

• Incorporate evidence-based research into educational and nursing practices

• Serve as a mentor to nurses, and identify growth opportunities and educational needs for care managers and health coaches

• Promote critical thinking among nurses, and show commitment to professional development and lifelong learning

• Maintain current knowledge of trends in area of expertise

• Overseeing clinical practice components of nurse education and training programs

• Lead and Develop annual competency workshop

• Establish, engage in and assist in the development of clinical knowledge and skills of existing and future nurses

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (ADN, BSN Preferred) (5+years)

• Previous experience as a Clinical Educator (3+years)

• Should be independent and self-motivated yet eager to work with others, and must demonstrate strong presentation skills

• Ability to accomplish / complete tasks while demonstrating a high level of attention to detail

• Excellent knowledge of professional nursing standards, concepts, policies, and population health practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $57,696.12 - $78,500.00 per year
