We are seeking a Clinical Director for our office in Amarillo, Texas!

Giving Home Health Care is a patient first organization providing home based long term chronic care. Our patients are some of the most amazing people on earth. We are seeking a Director of Nursing for our Amarillo, TX office. If you have previous home health or skilled nursing facility experience and have managed the admission / discharge process, nursing schedules and been exposed to regulatory requirements/audits, PLEASE APPLY!

This is a full-time position. From time to time you will visit the field for supervisory visits and assessments. Most of your time will be in the office working with the administrator and leadership team. Position has direct responsibility over the field-based nurses to ensure plans of care are being followed, care givers are professional, compliance is maintained, and patients are put first.

Summary of Requirements

• Must be an RN with active license in Texas, if you also have a compact license that’s a plus.
• Management experience at skilled nursing facility or home health care services company.
• Proven track record of successfully growing a similar business in similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills and experience with practice management software.
• Able to work 45 to 50 hours a week from time to time when needed.
• Desire to make a difference in the lives of some amazing people.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
