Requirements:
- FL RN license
- CCRN Required
- 2-4 years ICU experience required
- 1-2 years Charge Nurse experience required
- Associates Degree in Nursing, Bachelors preferred
- BLS, ACLS certification (American Heart Association)
About the Job:
- Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an assigned unit or clinic section within a hospital
- Schedules employee shifts and ensures admitting and discharge functions are providing for optimal patient flow
- Ensures that hospital resources are being used in the most efficient manner
- Assigns patients to appropriate health practitioners
- May perform other administrative functions as necessary
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Performs a variety of tasks
- A certain degree of creativity and latitude is expected
- Typically reports to a supervisor or manager

Bravera Health Seven Rivers is designated as an Accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI (Percutaneous Coronary Intervention), and Accredited Heart Failure Center and is a Joint Commission Certified Primary Stroke Center.
Experience
Required- 3 year(s): Has worked for the last 3 years in critical care nursing with supervisory experience. BSN preferred
Education
Required- Associates or better in Nursing
- Bachelors or better in Nursing

Required- C-AHA BLS Basic Cardiac
- C-AHA PALS
- C-AHA ACLS
- C-AACN CCRN
