Education/experience
Associate’s degree in related field or equivalent education, experience, and/or training.

Job Summary
Efficiently provides administrative support for clinical agency compliance including but not limited to criminal background checks, CPR certifications, and inoculations records; provides timely response to frequent student phone calls and/or emails. Engages with clinical coordinators within each of the disciplines in the WCHHS regarding clinical clearance requirements for clinical contract agencies. Works with clinical departments within the WCHHS for clinical clearance.

Required Qualifications
Demonstrated positive customer service attitude. Working knowledge of general office practices, procedures, and equipment. Excellent time management skills. Experience providing administrative or programmatic support. Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet research. Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and diverse environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in an educational setting, including student systems database (such as Banner), electronic purchasing systems (such as eVA). Working knowledge of university and state policies/procedures.
