NuWest has a client in Fort Meyers that's looking for an Acute Case Manager. This is a Direct Hire role on day shift.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Education:Associates Degree in Nursing with ongoing efforts to obtain Bachelors Degree within 5 years.
- Experience:Minimum of 3 years clinical nursing experience. Previous experience in discharge planning, utilization management a plus.
- Training:On the Job
- License:Currently licensed as an RN in the State of Florida.Require Case Management Certification, including CCM, ACM or NACCM after 5 yrs. employment (time exception provided for unsuccessful attempts).
- Other:Strong communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer, analytical, grammar and spelling skills. Ability to effectively multi-task responsibilities.
