Client Support Specialist (Debt Settlement Industry)

Who We're Looking For:
We are looking for a full-time Client Support Specialist to join the United Settlement team and provide the best client experience via email, text, and over the phone. This is a perfect fit for someone who is looking for a full-time, at approximately 40 hours a week, with opportunities for overtime based on the business need. This is an in-office position.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answering Inbound calls
- Making outbound calls
- Handling client support inquiries through email, text, and call center
- Listen to clients and answer their questions.
- Ensuring client support agents follow proper protocol with lead management
- Working as a teammate to guide clients to the best solution for their financial freedom
- Work across internal systems (including Salesforce, and Google Suites) to provide customers with up-to-date information and troubleshoot any customers issues
- Coordinate solutions with other departments
- Decision-making skills
- Exhibit a sense of urgency in prioritizing and completing tasks
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience working in a Customer Service role within a corporate environment. A debt settlement background is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Polished and professional demeanor
- Detail-oriented, organized, and analytical
- The employee is expected to be punctual and ready to report to work consistently
- Ability to adjust to fast-paced environments
- Speaking Spanish would be ideal (not a must)

Supplemental Pay:

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Manhattan, NY 10018: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education
- Bachelor's degree or any Higher Education Diplomas (Preferred)
- High School or equivalent Diplomas must have a minimum of 4 years of customer service experience.
Experience:
- Customer Support & Client Services Occupations: 2 year (Required)
