Who We're Looking For:

We are looking for a full-time Client Support Specialist to join the United Settlement team and provide the best client experience via email, text, and over the phone. This is a perfect fit for someone who is looking for a full-time, at approximately 40 hours a week, with opportunities for overtime based on the business need. This is an in-office position.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

• Answering Inbound calls
• Making outbound calls
• Handling client support inquiries through email, text, and call center
• Listen to clients and answer their questions.
• Ensuring client support agents follow proper protocol with lead management
• Working as a teammate to guide clients to the best solution for their financial freedom
• Work across internal systems (including Salesforce, and Google Suites) to provide customers with up-to-date information and troubleshoot any customers issues
• Coordinate solutions with other departments
• Decision-making skills
• Exhibit a sense of urgency in prioritizing and completing tasks

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience working in a Customer Service role within a corporate environment. A debt settlement background is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional problem-solving skills
• Polished and professional demeanor
• Detail-oriented, organized, and analytical
• The employee is expected to be punctual and ready to report to work consistently
• Ability to adjust to fast-paced environments
• Speaking Spanish would be ideal (not a must)

Pay: 18/hr- 25/hr ($38,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year)

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Manhattan, NY 10018: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education

• Bachelor's degree or any Higher Education Diplomas (Preferred)
• High School or equivalent Diplomas must have a minimum of 4 years of customer service experience.

Experience:

• Customer Support & Client Services Occupations: 2 year (Required)
