As a Client Success Specialist, you will:
- Provide first level support to clients by resolving their issues
- Resolve client issues using screen sharing and phone conversation
- Escalate unresolved issues and manage clients’ expectations with timely communication
- Refer any client concerns/complaints to the appropriate Dev/Support person for investigation
- Log tickets in JIRA to inform Dev Team to resolve clients’ issues
- Follow up with Dev Team for unresolved issues
- Communicate timely with clients regarding issue resolution or status
- Learn and understand the TimeSolv Application and Business Domain
- Support the client (Call/Email/Chat)
- Maintain the Support Log
This position follows established policies and procedures to keep confidential information secure.
A great fit for this position has:
- 1-2 years of Legal billing experience (Timeslips, QuickBooks, Bill4Time, Clio, and other legal billing software experience) required
- 1-2 years of Law Firm work experience required
- 1-2 years of online customer support experience (Call/Email/Chat)
- - Tech-savvy - understanding of personal computers, use of Excel, PowerPoint, Email, and the Internet
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong phone presence and experience receiving numerous calls per day
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence
- Experience working with Hubspot, or similar CRM preferred
