Service Representative
A Client Service Representative at
STARK is a key team player for retail order processing and customer service. This role is responsible for the delivery of a world class client experience.
Customer Service
- Act as Hub for responding to emails, phone calls, and inquiries channeled from our website.
- Ensure client satisfaction at a very high level via strong written and verbal communication.
- Responsible for mitigating client experience issues as they arise.
- Escalate necessary client service complaints and or issues as needed.
- Analyze product knowledge to be able to assist with client inquiries or pass to the proper teams.
- Using Hubspot (CRM) to process and create tickets that enable support team tracking.
Order Processing and Retail Order Fulfillment
- Be responsible for order entry through internal systems and vendor systems from purchase to final delivery.
- Use of Shopify upon initial order receipt through order confirmation, shipping confirmation, and delivery.
- Ensure order accuracy for proper allocation and payment.
- Communicate critical information or issues to the customers, IT, transportation, warehousing, and supply chain departments promptly.
- Monitor payment transactions, returns, and billing with Accounts Receivable team.
- Coordinating refunds with AR team.
- Maintain reporting and tracking for returns.
- Work with Shipping team and with carriers directly to facilitate deliveries.
- Using Docuware system to store documents and Bills of Lading.
MIS
- Relay any reporting needs to management to support the client experience.
- Stay up to date on industry standards regarding customer expectations re: client services & operations and relay that information back to management.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Who You Are:
- Minimum 5 years working in a customer service capacity.
- Advanced communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Passionate about providing world-class customer experience to all clients and consumers.
- Ability to maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High-school diploma or equivalent.
