Vanguard Cleaning Systems® of Northeast PA, an independently owned and operated master franchise company, has an immediate opening for a talented Client Service Specialist/Account Manager to join its team in the Allentown, PA office.

The Client Service Specialist/Account Manager position will focus on providing individual unit franchisees with ongoing business support and certification programs and with on site account management with customers within the region. It is a position that requires a high degree of professionalism and service orientation. Successful Client Service Specialist/Account Manager focus on frequent communication with unit franchisees and are a resource for their businesses. They also play an active role in identifying and selling additional service needs such as floor cleaning and janitorial supplies among regional accounts. The office is looking for a results-oriented leader with excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, communication, and organization skills with a proven track record of Business to Business customer service achievements.

• Client service / account management experience (i.e., B2B, services)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong listening skills and empathy
• Effective time management skills
• Bilingual Spanish Speaking a plus but not required.

Client Service Specialist/Account Manager Compensation Package

• Base Salary of $46,800
• Monthly and Quarterly Attrition Goal Bonuses
• Commissions for special services sold to clients including carpet cleaning, window cleaning, floor burnishing and refinishing
• Successful first year reps make $65,000+ between salary and bonus/commissions
