Livea Weight Control Centers is currently seeking a Client Service Coordinator/Receptionist to make a difference in the lives of our clients and our team!

This candidate must be highly professional in every way, professional presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Performs varied front desk and center duties in accordance with established procedures.
• Must be friendly and enjoy interacting with people
• Handles confidential information with discretion.
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
• Must be able to sit, stand, lift up to 20lbs.

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple tasks
• Strong phone skills and etiquette
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, professionally and with tact and discretion

Location and Specification

Our Livea center is in need of an exceptional candidate to fill this very important role in our Rochester center.

This position will require Fridays, some early evenings and some Saturday’s until 12pm.
