Role and Responsibilities

RSi is looking for a Client Resources Specialist. This role requires professional and effective corporate communication skills, demonstrated technical telecommunications proficiencies and operation efficiency within the Client Resources Team to ensure client’s expectations are met and exceeded.· Delivers exceptional client service and support that underpins the ongoing relationship between the client and business· Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills and always adheres to a high level of personal and professional presentation · Demonstrates helpful and effective telephone etiquette and customer service skills by providing appropriate information to callers while maintaining professional mannerisms
  • Responds to all communication, verbal inquiries, and correspondence from all relevant parties in a timely, effective, and efficient manner
  • Assists in month end processes, creates batch reports, prepares and delivers weekly/monthly invoices and reporting packages for multiple clients,
  • Processes daily ACH, mail-in payments, and lock box items in a timely manner
  • Communicates professionally with clients on outstanding receivables
  • Assists with new client implementation including set up and documentation
  • Performs various administrative tasks for internal departments and clients including logging voicemails, printing and mailing statements from client systems, and other tasks as assigned by Supervisor
  • Provides relief support for the office front desk duties when needed or applicable.
· Assists in processing information requests from department to client and client to department· Proficient in Microsoft Office including MS Excel (graphs, tables and formulas)· Effectively navigates Latitude, Account Analysis, and various client systems· Maintains confidentiality, information security, and ethical behavior when handling all company and client information· Utilizes assigned tools within established guidelines· Ability to work with minimal supervision, organize workload, and prioritize work tasks to meet departmental goals· Ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality as scheduled

Job Requirements:· High School equivalent, Associates Degree or higher preferred· 1 year of Account Management experience preferred· Knowledgeable of documentation and reporting tools, including use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)· Able to independently work under aggressive timelines while managing multiple projects · Experience with Latitude and LiveVox
