General Description:

The Client Marketing Manager will develop and manage the company's client marketing channels, marketing programs & communication strategy. This position will be responsible for the oversight and implementation of such tools as engagement and lead generation marketing (Hubspot, Sense), sales collaterals, case studies, presentations, RFP content, social media and digital content. This position will also be responsible for tracking and reporting on key areas of the company's marketing efforts, including regularly communicating standard KPIs, and overseeing ad hoc reporting as market opportunities arise.This position will support the overall client marketing and sales goals, complemented by the brand objectives of the organization. This dynamic marketing manager will operate as a team player while working with all members of the Marketing and Business Development Teams and some members of the client services teams. This is an independent contractor or agency contract role for a 3-month period and 30-40 hours per week. The below functions may or may not be performed and are not defining limits of this position.

Primary Areas of Responsibility:

  • Client marketing plan and strategy development
  • Business line client engagement support
  • Execution of client acquisition strategies (inbound/outbound lead generation)
  • Lead generation using marketing and engagement tools (Sense & Hubspot)
  • Sales collaterals, presentations and RFP content development
  • Marketing analytics and performance tracking
  • Market and competitor research
  • Social media utilization for business goals

Essential Job Functions:

  • Provides support to business development leadership and teams
  • Develops and manages inbound and outbound lead generation campaigns to include, but not limited to digital marketing, email marketing, paid digital advertising and social media
  • Develops content for digital platforms and campaigns to include case studies, sales collaterals, blogs, social media, presentations and proposals
  • Monitors and tracks performance of marketing channels to promote successful practices
  • Administers tracking of online analytics to provide insight into customer behavior and promote future improvements

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of B2B account-based marketing (ABM) experience
  • Experience within the clinical healthcare space, preferably healthcare staffing
  • Deep understanding of ICPs, buyer journeys and messaging frameworks
  • Experience with HubSpot, Sense or a similar marketing automation / sales CRM tool
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Experience developing and executing successful inbound and outbound lead generation campaigns
  • Experience developing and executing successful content marketing programs in various media formats for websites, blogs, podcasts and social media channels
  • Experience creating white papers, case studies and webinars to drive industry thought leadership
  • Knowledge of reporting and analytics to measure B2B marketing effectiveness
