Smith Dental Care is hiring a Client Care Lead in our dental administrative office. We are a dental practice with soon-to-be 6 clinical office locations, open 7 days a week. This department is fast paced with a great team atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills

• Motivated, team player

• Excellent communication

• Self-starter

• Willing to learn

• Punctual

• Must be able to effectively communicate orally and written

• Basic knowledge of billing and collections

• Previous billing experience preferred

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Train and follow up on all new team members with posting checks, credit cards, faxed credit cards, and direct deposits.

• Verifying processes with posting that need to be updated. This consist of helping to implement new ways to track processes regarding posting payments.

• Train new team members on payment plans, verifying insurance denials, and updating claims

• Train team members on credentialing process and sending out claims.

• Assist with workload with claims, denials, postings, and payment plans.

• Must possess strong leadership and communication skills.

Secondary Functions

• Assist with working daily and outstanding rejected claims from various locations in the practice.

• Verifying treatment plans that have been completed by locations

• Verifying all daily rejections and denials from various insurance companies

Pay: $15.00 - $23.00 per hour

Experience:

• Medical billing: 2 years (Preferred)
