We are seeking temporary clerical support to assist in our clinics across the Grand Traverse Region.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Greet patients and family members professionally in person and over the phone.
• Obtains and verifies required patient information and enters into the registration system in an accurate manner.
• Inputs and updates insurance information.
• Document messages in the electronic medical record.
• Keeps office and work area orderly and stocked with supplies.

Entry Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous experience working phone and computer systems.
• Previous customer service experience.

Preferred Qualities (not required):

• Previous medical office experience.
• Familiarity with Medical Terminology.
• Previous experience working with electronic medical records.

Location: Traverse City

Pay: $20.00 / hour
