JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs complex clerical and entry-level accounting activities.
• Compiles and checks source documents. Verifies and posts details of business transactions
• Prepares computer input forms for processing of transaction data.
• Compares print-outs against source documents and journal entries to verify accuracy, and prepares input forms to reconcile errors.
• Files and maintains clerical records, and reports pertinent information to accounting and bookkeeping operations.
• Send collection letters via email and place outgoing calls to obtain updated payment information as needed.
• Receive incoming calls to update customers' payment method. Process credit/debit and ACH payments.
• This position may have potential responsibility covering receptionist duties.
• This position may require knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
• All employees of DRSI are required to complete annual HIPPA and compliance training.
• All employees of DRSI are required to read and accept code of conduct upon hire

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

-Arrive at work promptly for 8:00am start, remaining engaged until 5:00pm close, Monday through Friday (excluding nationally recognized holidays)
