This position provides clerical support primarily for the Firearms Division, but processes overlapping duties for the Criminal Records and Identification Division and the Operational Records Division, as well as the Bureau Director's Office. You will serve as a Timekeeper for the Bureau. Process and reconcile Firearms Division Purchasing Card Account. Order supplies for the Operational Records Division. Process Personnel Action Requests. Serve as receptionist and answer telephone calls for the Bureau. Process incoming mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it to the appropriate work areas. Maintain Firearms Division personnel and subject files in accordance with established Department regulations. You will also perform other related duties such as assigned.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Full-time employment.- Work hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Graduation from high school; or
- Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (commonwealth title); or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
- One year of data entry experience
- One year of customer service experience
- You must pass criminal history and background investigations.
