Job description
Are you detail oriented? Can you work as part of a team? Are you reliable? If you answered yes, we would like to invite you to join our team! We are looking for a few good people to help us manage 4 properties, within a one block radius.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain properties between guests
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
- Perform heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Painting and minor repairs
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
