Your Impact:

• Create and maintain a clean and safe working environment by ensuring kitchen Jolt checklists are completed immediately following day-part transitions.
• Maintain exterior and interior building brand guidelines.
• Maintain exterior lawn, landscaping, parking lot, storage shed, and garbage enclosure to brand guidelines.
• Help with ordering kitchen and chemical supplies
• Manage and steward the kitchen and chemical supply monthly expense budget
• Implement and execute monthly equipment preventative maintenance calendar
• Train and develop others that can assist with equipment preventative maintenance
• Perform monthly interior and exterior building 4X4 walks to identify and address repairs
• Organize and maintain the onsite and offsite storage sheds
• Organize and maintain key equipment part drawers for the restaurant
• Create and maintain a Clean and schedule for the play centers
• Manage American Flag Federal and State mandates and replacing when torn.
• Clean the restrooms
• Maintain the cleanliness of the dining room including the window sills and windows
• Clean front of house and back of house floors
• All high level dusting including vents

Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour
