Job Description
Cloudmed is looking for a 340B Claims Administrator with a background in medical records retrieval, physician office administrative tasks, or referral coordination who will review, audit, and complete tasks related to pharmacy claims and medical records. This position works within our 340B Recovery department and supports our clients' recovery of additional 340B funding. This position requires good time management skills and the ability to work independently.
The 340B Claims Administrator is expected to:
- Work to match provider specialty information with clinical information
- Assign various task statuses based on your review of data
- Review data in our product for accuracy
- Make outbound calls to physician offices to retrieve information
- Ensure the highest level of compliance when reviewing tasks
- Provide feedback on product development as needed
- Conduct ad hoc audits
Qualifications:
- Pharmacy and/or medical background preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of working in EMR system; Epic experience a plus.
- Ability to work in a flexible environment, adapting to changing priorities.
- Ability to work independently, as well as, in a team setting.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
