Exciting opportunities for motivated clinicians to build their clinical skills and become a part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team of professionals. The Boston Center offers Child & Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Programs. Position includes running Groups, conducting Intakes, Case Management and Crisis Management. Currently accepting resumes for Full-Time positions.

Required Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related Program from an accredited college or university.
• LICSW, LMHC preferred
• 2 years experience
• Ability to communicate effectively with professionals and clients/families
• Ability to make accurate assessments and provide appropriate treatment
• Demonstrate skills as an effective team member
• Ability to establish rapport with a wide range of clients
• Good listening skills
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Cultural Sensitivity
• Ability to work independently with strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to participate in staff meetings and trainings provided
• Commitment to professional development
