Chief of Staff (Hybrid - Columbus, OH)
This Chief of Staff position will be the righthand person to the CEO. This is a critical, trusted role that will manage some of the day-to-day tasks such as: agenda coordination of business meetings, preparation of presentations and reports for such meetings, calendar management, travel, providing high-level organizational support including organizing and maintaining corporate information, facilitating information requests, and preparing correspondence. This role will be an integral part of the leadership team and needs to proactive in anticipating and adapting to the needs of the CEO, the Executive team, and the general business operations.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and easily pivots from assignment to assignment with keeping an eye on details. Additionally, the ideal candidate is a self-starter, good communicator eager to learn new skills, has a resourceful and proactive work ethic with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently. Critical to the success of this position is strong leadership skills and the development of positive working relationships with a wide range of internal and external contacts.

Due to the nature of this opportunity, this is a hybrid role, and the expectation is that the person is working in our Dublin, OH office at least three days per week.
Responsibilities
  • Schedule, coordinate and prepare CEO and Executive Team for company meetings and record detailed minutes of those meetings. This includes communicating within the organization and outside parties.
  • Primary lead for maintaining the CEO’s calendar, reminders/preparation for each meeting, prioritizing the focus list of the day.
  • Identify external engagement opportunities for networking/learning and support CEO in travel planning.
  • Prepare information, research, reports, presentations, and data, as well as maintain files, records, and correspondence for meetings that involve the CEO.
  • Manage complex office administrative work requiring the use of independent judgment and initiatives.
  • Handle other operational, administrative and/or strategic tasks as needed for the CEO (and other executives at times).
  • Work with internal communication to ensure strategy and business topics are cascaded accordingly.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years working in a strategic assistant to a c-level executive, management consulting or large-scale project management role.
  • Extremely resourceful and autonomous in execution.
  • Demonstrated strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Possess passion, energy and personal accountability to grow and learn.
  • Strong collaborator with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to meet competing deadlines while managing multiple projects.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • High levels of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Desire to take on both strategic and tactical work.
  • Comfortable with creating Power point presentations
