Westborough Behavioral Healthcare Hospital (WBHH) is seeking a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to lead both acute inpatient psychiatric care and intensive outpatient psychiatric services. The Hospital is located a short distance northwest of Boston in the beautiful Metrowest suburbs. Our opportunity boasts a 5-day work week, no weekends, no call and no holidays.

Our treatment programs are designed to address the mental health needs of diverse populations. Our inpatient programs include services for:

• Adult Diagnosis
• Youth (children and adolescents)
• Special Needs (Autism Spectrum Disorder)

We also offer outpatient services through our Intensive Outpatient Programs for various ages, and mental health and recovery needs.

Requirements

Reporting to and working closely with the CEO the CMO candidate:

• Is Board Certified and State Licensed and in good standing in Massachusetts
• Demonstrated leadership qualities
• Has 10 years of clinical experience and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role.
• Ability to foster a robust community, State and National presence
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Is able to adapt quickly to a continually evolving environment
• Be operationally savvy with great organizational skills
• Familiarity with business finances and accounting
