POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Chief Business Development Officer is a position where you can use all of your skills! As part of Springwell's Senior Leadership team, you will develop and oversee a service line for health providers that may include Accountable Care Organizations, Physician Practices, Hospitals, Behavioral Health Providers or Insurance Companies, and lead the agency's work on new programs and initiatives. You will also provide supervision to staff who are assigned to these contracts and providing the direct services.

To accomplish this work, you must be a strategic thinker who is able to work at a high level, interacting with key stakeholders and community partners. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to develop a program evaluation framework that assesses the strengths of each program as well as identifies areas for improvement. As a supervisor, you will train staff, provide timely feedback on performance and ensure services are provided in alignment with the established contract.

QUALIFICATIONS

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A Master's Degree and at least 5 years' experience in human services.
  • At least 3 years' experience managing programs, including analyzing data.
  • At least 2 years' experience supervising employees.
  • Experience developing new contracts or programs.
  • Strong communication skills, including providing public presentations.
  • A reliable car, current driver's license and safe driving record.
