Chick-fil-A Customer Service Team Member

Pay Structure:

- Full Time: $13-14

- Part Time (with experience): $11-$12

- Part Time (no experience): $9-$11

We are hiring team members for a variety of shifts, both for full-time and part-time opportunities. Some example shifts that you could work:
- Opening Shift (5am - 2pm)
- Daytime Shift (9am - 5pm)
- Lunch Shift (11am - 3pm)
- Closing Shift (2pm - 11pm)
- Dinner Shift (5pm - 11pm) - High School & College Students encouraged to apply!

Job Summary
The primary role and responsibility of a Chick-fil-A Team Member is provide REMARKable service to all guests and to embody the five Core Values of Customers First, Teamwork, Hustle, Commitment to Continuous Improvement, and Stewardship.

Responsibilities & Expectations

• Takes personal ownership of the Chick-fil-A brand and purpose
• Willingly serves with excellence in all areas of the business: dining room, front counter, drive-thru and exceeds all Food Safety regulations
• Adheres to Team Member Handbook policies
• Provides REMARKable customer service during all encounters with guests
• Moves quickly and with a sense of urgency to meet the needs of guests and the team
• Goes the Second Mile to serve guests beyond order taking and fulfilling meals
• Proactively seeks opportunities to serve, clean, stock, etc.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Standing and walking up to 8 hours/day
• Serving guests both inside and outside (with appropriate precautions taken during heat and inclement weather)
