Arbor Springs Health & Rehabilitation Center is a 180-bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in Ocala, FL. C.N.A - Flexible Schedule and wages up to $18.00/ hour base pay plus differentials.

Weekday Differential (Monday - Friday) $1.00 - 3p-11p & 11p- 7a

Weekend Differential (Satuday and Sunday) $2.00 - All Shifts

Baylor Program - Work two (2) sixteen hour shifts for a total of 32 hours throughout the weekend and get paid an additional 8 hours! Baylor eligible shifts will include shifts that are worked between 11:00pm Friday and 7:00am Monday.

What you bring to our team:

• Active Florida CNA license

• Current/active CPR certification preferred

• Effective verbal and written English communication skills

• Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality

• Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure

• Problem solving skills

• Approachable, flexible, and adaptable to change

As a CNA, you will provide care to our residents to include but not limited to:

• Provide personal care (grooming, bathing, dressing, oral care, etc.) of residents

• Ambulate and transfer residents, utilizing appropriate assistive devices and body mechanics

• Routinely turn and position residents as necessary

• Observe residents carefully and report changes in condition to Charge Nurse

• Participate in collecting accurate date on residents to include vital signs, weights and measurements, intake and output, food consumption, and other information as assigned

• Other duties as assigned
