What you’ll do as a Certified Nursing Assistant:
CNAs provide routine daily care to assigned patients in accordance with their clinical assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by a Nurse Manager or Charge Nurse.
- Assists with patient personal care needs (cleanliness, grooming, nourishment, rest, activity, and elimination) as trained and in accordance with all safety and other regulations
- Ensures patient safety and comfort in accordance with established policy and procedure
- Monitors and reports on the health conditions of patients ensuring quality care is being provided
- Communicates and interacts effectively and tactfully with the residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors

For you to be a successful Certified Nursing Assistant:
- Current, California CNA license
- Ability to speak English clearly and write legibly
- Ability to carry out directions & instructions, both written and verbal
