Responsibilities:

• Provide basic direct patient care, timely notification to appropriate staff on completion of patient care and for patient status changes.
• Responsible for adhering to all standards of patient care and promoting a team effort among co-workers.
• Collaborate with all members of the health care team with a focus on promoting evidence based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families.

Job Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent or minimum score of Bronze on the Career Readiness Certification (“CRC”) certificate. If interested in obtaining CRC register as a Job Seeker at www.ARJobLink.Arkansas.gov.
• Experience: One year patient care experience and Safety Care Training encouraged, but not required.
• Certifications: Current Arkansas state approved nursing assistant certification. Valid and clean Driver's License, reliable transportation and agency required liability insurance to complete home visits. Active personal automobile liability insurance coverage consisting of $100,000 per person and $300,000 per accident for bodily injury required. BLS required.
• Other: Ability to read, write and communicate effectively. Complete lift training within six (6) months. Possess basic computer knowledge. Driving required.

This position is deemed safety sensitive in accordance with Arkansas Act 593 governing Medical Marijuana.
