Our clinic is looking for a professional, detail oriented Certified Medical Assistant that has strong multi-tasking skills. Certified Medical Assistant certification is required. We are looking for a compassionate individual who has the drive, organization, and energetic personality to join our team. If you have the necessary skills and experience to succeed in this role, we want to hear from you.

Job duties include:

· Greeting patients

· Checking patients in/out for appointments

· Answering phones

· Scheduling patient appointments

· Keep all office forms up to date

· Address record requests

· Back up MA duties as needed

· Address referrals

· Return/distribute messages

· Scan all documents into EMR system

· Attend staff meetings

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Monterey, CA 93940: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• EMR systems: 1 year (Preferred)
• Vital signs: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Certified Medical Assistant (Preferred)
