Blue Ridge Orthopaedic & Spine Center located in Warrenton, VA has an immediate PT (with potential for FT) position for a Certified Medical assistant to assist with surgical and pain management procedures in our high volume procedure room. We offer an excellent benefit package with opportunity for growth within our organization. Salary is commensurate with experience.

Candidate will work in various roles including the following duties, but are not limited to:

· Greeting and rooming patients

· Completing pre op checklists

· Obtaining vital signs

· Starting IV’s

· Entering medical information into an EMR system

· Answering tasks, returning patient phone calls

· Act as a liaison between patients and physician

Requirements

High school or equivalent

Certified Medical Assistant

Pain management/Ortho medical assistant experience: 1 year

Electronic Medical Records Software
