Job Description:

US Wellness is currently seeking RN, LPN/LVN, Certified Health Coach to staff our local wellness helath coaching clinics during the 2023 screening season.

At US Wellness, we work with employers who are searching for ways to make their employees’ lives healthier and happier lives. We are looking fora health coach who can help deliver this positive message to employees at our on-site Health Coaching Screening Events. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses of all skill levels to build experience and advance yourcareer.

Role: Onsite wellness coach ( PRN Position)

Pay: $30 per hour

Location: Chickasha, OK

Dates: Ongoing – The last Thursday of each month

Time: 2:30-4:30pm

Qualifications/Responsibilities:

· Current License: RN, LPN, LVN, Certified Health Coach

· Perform clinic set up and breakdown.

· Provide excellent coaching and customer service, while putting participants at ease.

· Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and federal/state/local laws and regulations.

· Must have a reliable form of transportation.

· Must be Computer/Tablet/Internet savvy.

· Must be 18 years of age

All screeners are required to wear a mask and follow all specific client related COVID protocols. Could be but not limited to fully vaccinated with the COVID-19 vaccine.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

· Frequently required to stand, walk, bend, lift and may need to carry items up to 30 pounds

· Continually required to talk or hear and use visual acuity to operate specialized equipment, read technical information, and/or use keyboard
