Position Overview:

Responsible for the operation of 100-ton RT Crane with a 24 ton carry deck to lift, move, and reposition loads, and transport various objects. Candidate will need NCCO certification. Candidate is required to provide proof of completed OSHA 10, or higher, within 60 days of original hire date.

Position Expectations and Duties:

• Ability to operate heavy motorized equipment and adhere to safety standards while doing so
• General construction knowledge
• Ensure equipment is safely and securely stored
• Perform daily safety and maintenance checks
• Perform preventative maintenance checks and change fluids and filters as needed
• Ability to work at above ground elevations while wearing a harness and other protective equipment
• Ability to work in confined spaces
• Work in various weather conditions
• Ability to perform physically demanding work for 8+ hours a day

• Climb ladders
• Bending, twisting, lifting up to 50lbs
• Prolonged standing, walking

• Clean equipment as scheduled and/or required
• Promotes safe workplace by participating in safety training, identifying job hazards, wearing correct PPE, and observing for oneself and others.
