Your day.
As a Centralized Scheduler/Pre-cert, you need to know how to:

• Schedule patients using Meditech for various departments.
• Inform patients and Physician Office staff of prep instructions or other test requirements.
• Effectively use strong oral and written communication skills.
• Accurately convey information and instructions verbally and in written form.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Be detail-oriented and demonstrate accuracy.
• Seek and accept responsibilities.
• Maintain a professional relationship with all Hospital employees.

Your experience.
We hire people, not resumes. But we also expect excellence, which is why we require:

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• MA or LPN certification.
• Medical terminology competency.
• Previous insurance coding and billing experience preferred.
• Prior Meditech EMR experience preferred.
