Job description
Tanner Clinic has an immediate opening for a Central Scheduling Representative.
Location: Kaysville Clinic
Hours: Available Full Time and Part Time shifts from Monday-Friday, 7:30am-5:30pm, with occasional Saturday, 8am-1:30pm.
Potential work from home
Responsibilities:
Answer and make appointments for all patient calls quickly and professionally.- Be informed of the daily operations of physicians and their appointment preferences.
- Convey all necessary information pertinent to the appointment
- Where not covered by automated system, make appointment reminder calls as required.
- Work within the clinic's EPM system and have a working knowledge of the EHR system.
Expectations for Success:
- Possess strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate compassion, courtesy and respect to all patients and their families.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor during stressful and/or emergency situations.
- Possess proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and other computer programs.
- Spanish speaking is a bonus
