About the Role

The Center Manager is responsible for ensuring every guest has a memorable and inviting experience while delivering the company’s desired financial results. This includes leading a team of Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists, consistently modeling guest service behaviors, recruiting, development and retention of talent, loss prevention, expense control, training and coaching, and center cleanliness.

• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• People person with excellent time management skills.

What We Need from You

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a multi service or specialty store environment.
• Management or leadership experience in a professional setting required.
• Desire to be a passionate EWC Brand Culture Warrior and drive team development.
• Ability to work flexible and full time schedule
