Windstar Lines is looking for a few outstanding men and women to command our motorcoaches for designated 380 Express routes and a Shuttle Service.

Class A or B CDL with Passenger endorsement required to apply.

The two primary shifts available are 12:15-20:15 (8hrs) and 13:15-21:45 (7.5hrs), both are Mon-Fri.

There is also the possibility of some late line route runs (22:00-01:20), if someone is wanting more than 40 or so hours/week.

Additionally, we have some various open shifts that could allow for some flexibility with scheduling, and still allow a driver to get hours in.

• Mon – 05:00-13:00 (8 hours)
• Thu – 04:00-14:00 (10 hours)
• Thu – 14:15-19:45 (5.5 hours)
• Fri – 04:30-10:00 (5.5 hours)
• Fri – 14:15-19:45 (5.5 hours)

This shuttle service runs Monday-Thursday with the following shift options with 2 different contracts:

Schedule 1: Mon-Thur (Cedar Rapids to Rock Island)

• 12:15pm - 7:00pm
• 7:30pm - 12:00am

Schedule 2: Mon-Thurs (Cedar Rapids to Grimes)

• 1:30am - 10:30am

$18.50 - $20.00 per hour plus bonus!

Our full-time drivers work approx. 240 days per year. Many of these trips are 1,2, and 3 day trips, which means you'll still be home often! We also do over the road type work where if you would like to be gone on longer tours there is opportunity for that as well!

Our part-time drivers are required to drive 50 days per year, be available 2 weekends per month, and be available during some peak times. Other than peak times, Part-Time drivers enjoy very flexible schedules!
