We are growing! Orgill is a family friendly hardware distributor with over 170 years’ experience. We are currently seeking a Delivery/Shuttle Driver for Hurricane, UT. This driver is primarily responsible for delivering hardware related merchandise to our customers in the surrounding area and shuttling trailer to and from our off-site domiciles. The Hurricane DC covers UT, NV, CA, AZ, WY, CO, and parts of ID & NM.

We run a 60/7 HOS Clock
Newer Freightliner Tractors with Fully Supported road side service.
Position Responsibilities:
- Self-motivated driver with customer service skills.
- Preforming pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment, paperwork, and loaded product.
- Maintaining daily electronic driving logs.
- Drive to destinations as outlined in the manifest, in a safe, responsible manner and in compliance with all state laws and transportation regulations.
- Notifying Supervisors with any route changes, time delays, and non-delivered orders.
- Checking-in with customers at each account.
- Unloading and delivering product.
- Performing other tasks and duties as assigned.
- Ability to work a minimum of three overnights in a five day work week.
Requirements:
- Current possession of a Class A CDL.
- Must be able to obtain a Hazmat Endorsement and Doubles and Triples.
- Excellent MVR and driving background.
- Able to walk, bend, reach, stoop, squat, push and pull as well as maneuver items of any weight above 75 pounds with appropriate equipment (Such as, but not limited to: unloading merchandise for customers using a manual pallet jack and unloading freight by hand and/or with use of a dolly/hand truck)
