Cook Out Restaurants is looking to hire skilled CDL drivers in Thomasville, NC! Our drivers are home nightly and recieve a raise and health insurance after 90 days of employment! The ideal candidate would possess excellent driving and communication skills. Must possess a CDL- Class A for more than two years.

SHIFT: 5 AM-5 PM (hours may vary due to delivery load)

** $800 SIGN-ON BONUS ** (paid after required employment period)

CDL Driver Responsibilities:

• Deliver fresh product and supplies to our locations and/or relay point as indicated by route.
• Utilize tablet to keep record of driving log and document product delivered.
• Pickup supplies, paperwork, etc from location/relay point and deliver appropriately.
• Regular inspection of vehicle to ensure proper function (pre-trip & post-trip inspections).
• Maintain communication and relationships with Fleet Director, office support staff, location managers and crew members.
• Other duties deemed necessary by Fleet Management.

CDL Driver Requirements:

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to drive for long periods of time and to lift 50lbs (max).
• A valid commercial driver’s license (class A) for a minimum of three years with no major traffic violations or accidents within the past 3-5 years. Minimum two years driving experience with Class A vehicle.
• No criminal convictions within the past ten years.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug test upon hire and be subject to random drug testing and alcohol testing as mandated by DOT.
• Must be able to work weekdays, weekends and ability to be on-call when notified.

Preferred candidate will also possess:

• Knowledge of Google Drive (Google Sheets and Docs)
• Experience with electronic DOT log records
