Since 2008 our agency has been providing services to youth around the state that are aging out of foster care and juvenile corrections who need a plan for becoming self-reliant. In 2013 we expanded our services to include CBRS, Counseling, Case Management, and Med Management and offer these services to the Canyon County community. In 2018 we started Residential Habilitation, helping those with developmental disability. In 2021 we expanded our services and now offer Respite for families with youth that have SED.
Mana Resources is seeking Community Based Rehabilitative Provider, full-time in Canyon County who will work with our clients of all ages and various needs. Our CBRS team supports community clients, as well as clients in our Juvenile Reintegration and Residential Habilitation programs.
Community Based Rehabilitation Services are a home or community-based program available to children and adolescents who are recovering from severe and persistent mental illness resulting in considerable personal or behavioral challenges. The program promotes resilience and the acquisition of age-appropriate skills, compensating or eliminating functional deficits associated with their emotional challenge.
CBRS Services are focused on enhancing the quality of life for people with mental illness through rehabilitation strategies, equal opportunities, and social inclusion.

CBRS workers assist clients in practicing what they learn in counseling in the real world, maximizing their independence. Experience and PRA certification is a plus, but we are MOST concerned with finding the perfect fit for our team of people who truly care and are willing to train.
Our CBRS team is collaborative, and we work hard to provide a friendly atmosphere. We are looking for someone who values working together and sharing information in the best interest of serving our clients.

$23-25 per hour to start, depending on experience.
The technical stuff:
- Must have a bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Service field
- Must be able to pass an IDHW background check
- Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, vehicle registration and vehicle insurance
- Must have CPR/First-Aid Certification
