The Catering and Delivery Manager is responsible for building the brand of Chick-fil-A in the Lake Worth community by being able to communicate and share our Chick-fil-A Lake Worth South story and vision to the community. They are responsible for serving as an active member on our Director team, whose primary role is to ensure the Catering and Delivery team is contributing to the success of the business by increasing the number of guests who visit our restaurant and order on the Chick-fil-A One App, and making Chick-fil-A Lake Worth South a top notch place to visit and order from.

Key Responsibilities and Disciplines:
What responsibilities and leading disciplines will drive the Key Outcomes (listed above)?
- Co-creates with Marketing Director and Director Team for the long-term vision for sales growth and emotional connections marketing in the restaurant
- Builds and protect the Chick-fil-A brand by following all Chick-fil-A protocols, standards, and policies
- Promote the Chick-fil-A Lake Worth South Story, which involves telling the story of:Local Ownership of a Meaningful Brand
- Fresh prepared food daily
- Leadership Development Program
- Leading and overseeing the coordination of all aspects of sales and operations for Catering & Delivery
- Ensures customer first and satisfaction mentality at all times
- Engages in immediate problem resolution and short-term plans to correct critical issues
- Drives sales performance and provides constructive feedback to the Catering and Delivery teams
- Promotes unity among all team members and leadership through effective and timely communication of vision and key elements of business plan, etc.
- Meets weekly with the Director Team to strategize on how to move the Catering and Delivery sales forward
- Shepherds the responsibility of leading and training an Assistant to help excel them to the next level
- Speaks with one voice to create unity amongst the Sales & Delivery team
