Job description

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Cashier/Customer Service Associate at a local convenience store (Shell Gas Station) who can help support our team. The right candidate will be capable of assisting customers with any questions or concerns, performing daily administrative tasks and providing expert advice about our products. We're looking for individuals with a passion for customer service, an ability to multitask and an interest in learning new skills which will help them grow as a professional in their field.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries.
• Examine, sort, and count money and other items of value.
• Use a cash register to record transactions and calculate change due.
• Perform sales transactions for customers, such as discounts, exchanges, and refunds.
• Sell merchandise to customers.
• Receive payment for returned items and refunds.
• Perform other duties as requested.

Requirements:

• Must be over the age of 19.
• Customer Service Skills.
• Cash Handling.
• Ability to bend, and stand for multiple hours a day.
• Occasionally lift upwards of 25 pounds.

BONUS $500 (Full Time) & $250 (Part Time)
**Paid after 6 months of employment**

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
