Essential Functions
- Collect payment (credit cards and cash) for all transactions.
- Greet and observe guests and respond quickly to their needs
- Provide guidance throughout the ordering process.
- Possess proficient knowledge of both Food and Beverage selections.
- Clean, sanitize, restock and store Drink Station items according to procedures.
- Clean, sanitize, and restock the Dining area according to procedures.
- Secure all monies during the shift.
- Keep immediate supervisor aware of all issues or problems of significance and takes prompt corrective action where necessary.
- Perform all duties in a timely manner in accordance with established company policies.
- Maintain a favorable working condition with fellow employees and managers: promote a positive and cooperative work environment.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities without being asked.
- Work as a team player by assisting other employees with duties as necessary.
- Must be neatly dressed and well groomed in accordance with the company uniform and appearance policies.
- Must be able to operate a point of sale terminal, make change correctly, and complete credit card transactions.
- Must be able to calmly respond to angry guests and notify a manager.
- Must be able to stand for 6 - 8 hour shift.
- Must be able to complete all training steps and knowledge checks.
- Must be able to read menus to sight-impaired guests.
- Must be able to respond clearly to guests requests.
- Must be able to hear well in a loud environment.
- Must be able to lifts 30lbs. several times per shift.
- Must be able to effectively card all guests who purchase alcohol.
